great potential but needs better dining options

The pool view from my Superior Double Room with Terrace was relaxing, making afternoons enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, always quick to respond to requests. I appreciated that the hotel offered various family-friendly activities, keeping my children engaged throughout our stay.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The pool area was great, and the kids loved the mini splash park and crazy golf. There was so much to do with family-friendly amenities like a kids' club and plenty of activities for everyone. Breakfast was always fresh with lots of choices.

The holiday was wonderful overall. we enjoyed the excellent food variety throughout our stay. The all-inclusive drinks were also impressive, featuring a nice selection for both adults and kids. A highlight for us was the comfortable pool view from our family room, making afternoons by the pool quite relaxing.

The entertainment in the evenings was more geared towards Spanish people, slightly limiting our enjoyment.

I spent five nights in a Superior Double or Twin Room with Terrace at the Princesa, and I have mixed feelings. The room itself felt spacious, and it was clean, but I noticed a lack of attention to detail underneath the beds. The location is convenient, just a short walk from both Levante and Poniente beaches. The staff were polite and responsive, especially during check-in, but I was disappointed with the indoor pool situation. I had to pay extra to use it, which felt unfair as I was already a paying guest. The outdoor pools were chilly, and my kids couldn’t use the slides without adult supervision, which made our pool time less enjoyable. The dining experience varied. the buffet offered a decent selection, but some dishes lacked flavor, especially the chicken kebabs and pizzas. I appreciated the variety during breakfast, though. while it has potential and plenty of family activities, tighter management on some issues would enhance the experience for families like mine.

A bit noisy with gardeners at dawn—rude way to wake up. Plus, the beach walk was longer than my morning stroll routine!

Wow, the hand-cut beef tartare at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary standout! Plus, I loved the upgrade to all-inclusive gold—drinks galore and no waiting at the bar. The kids will adore this place, especially with activities galore for them!
